1. About Your Purpose Travels

Your Purpose Travels (“YPT,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) provides travel-planning support, access to travel-booking resources, curated travel information, Perks Pass benefits, and links to independent travel and business partners.

2. Use of This Website

You may use this website for lawful personal or business purposes related to YPT services and resources. You agree not to misuse the site, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, or use site content in a way that violates applicable law or the rights of others.

3. Group Travel and Event Planning Services

YPT may charge planning, consultation, research, sourcing, coordination, or related service fees for group travel, event planning support, or combined event-and-travel planning. Current pricing and any eligible Perks Pass savings are presented on the applicable YPT service, intake, or booking page before purchase or booking. Fees may vary based on scope, complexity, requested support, or future service changes. The applicable fee, scope of service, included deliverables, and any scheduling, revision, cancellation, or refund terms will be disclosed before purchase or booking.

Planning assistance may include researching, comparing, organizing, sourcing, or recommending travel options, venues, group contracts, transportation, activities, accommodations, event vendors, staffing resources, or other requested services. Unless YPT expressly agrees otherwise in writing, independent third-party vendors contract with and collect payment directly from the client. YPT sourcing or recommending a provider does not make that provider an employee, agent, or subcontractor of YPT.

Planning support is not the same as event production, day-of coordination, direct traveler or guest support, or vendor-payment administration unless those services are specifically included in the agreed scope. Additional or expanded support may require a separate fee or agreement.

Travel prices, vendor quotes, contract terms, inventory, and availability can change until reservations or agreements are confirmed. YPT does not guarantee that any particular fare, room, package, discount, venue, vendor, group rate, or other option will remain available.

4. Self-Service Booking and Third-Party Travel Providers

YPT may provide access to self-service booking portals, travel suppliers, tour operators, insurers, passport or visa services, transportation providers, lodging providers, cruise lines, and other independent companies. Transactions completed through those providers are subject to the provider’s own terms and policies.

YPT is not responsible for changes, cancellations, delays, service failures, eligibility decisions, inventory, pricing changes, or other acts or omissions of independent providers, except to the extent required by applicable law.

5. Perks Pass

Perks Pass is a YPT resource and benefits program. Registration may be used to identify the email address associated with your access, understand how you found the program, and verify eligibility for YPT or participating-partner benefits when necessary.

Perks Pass benefits may include YPT member rates, third-party offers, discounts, rewards, referral opportunities, affiliate-supported resources, or organization-specific benefits. Benefits may be added, changed, suspended, or removed as the program evolves.

YPT may not control when or why an independent partner changes or ends an offer. If a benefit is no longer available, YPT may attempt to identify a current alternative, but replacement benefits are not guaranteed.

6. Partner and Organization-Specific Benefits

Some Perks Pass users may be associated with a company, organization, community, or partner. Partner identification may be used for attribution, routing, communication, or access to an organization-specific resource page. Unless a specific benefit states otherwise, affiliation alone does not guarantee a particular offer or continued availability.

7. Affiliate and Referral Relationships

Some links and recommendations on YPT websites or Perks Pass pages may be affiliate or referral links. YPT may receive compensation from qualifying purchases, bookings, registrations, or referrals at no additional cost to you. We aim to disclose these relationships clearly where relevant.

8. Travel Protection and Insurance

YPT may provide links to travel-protection or insurance providers. Coverage, eligibility, exclusions, claims, benefits, and policy interpretation are determined by the insurer or provider. Reviewing the policy terms before purchase is your responsibility.

9. Passport, Visa, Health, and Entry Requirements

Travelers are responsible for verifying and maintaining required passports, visas, identification, health documentation, entry requirements, and other travel documents. Requirements may change and may vary by destination, citizenship, itinerary, or traveler circumstances.

10. Email and Communications

By registering for Perks Pass or otherwise requesting YPT updates, you may receive YPT travel deals, Perks Pass updates, retreat announcements, and other relevant offers by email. Marketing emails will include an available unsubscribe method where required.

If you choose to request, register for, or use a benefit from a participating provider, that provider may contact you directly about that benefit or service. Partner communications may be subject to that provider’s own privacy practices and terms.

11. Accuracy and Availability

YPT works to keep site information current, but travel pricing, schedules, inventory, partner offers, eligibility, promotions, and third-party information can change quickly. Site content is provided for general informational and service-access purposes and may be updated without notice.

12. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, YPT branding, original written content, layouts, graphics, and other original site materials are owned by or licensed to YPT and may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, or commercially reused without permission.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, YPT will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of this website, third-party services, unavailable partner benefits, or travel-provider actions. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.

14. Changes to These Terms

YPT may update these Terms as services, programs, partners, technology, or legal requirements change. The current effective date will be posted at the top of this page.

15. Governing Law

These Terms are intended to be governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where another law must apply.
