Getaway Claim FAQ
What does my vacation incentive include?
Your vacation incentive provides complimentary accommodations for the stay associated with your selected destination. Activation costs, applicable taxes or fees, transportation, meals, gratuities, and other personal travel expenses are not included unless your issued incentive specifically states otherwise.
Are flights included?
No. Airfare, transportation, meals, gratuities, personal expenses, and other trip costs are your responsibility unless specifically stated in your issued vacation incentive.
Do I have to activate my vacation incentive?
Yes. Follow the activation instructions and deadline shown on the vacation incentive you receive. After activation, you will use the redemption platform to review eligible dates and participating accommodations.
Can I receive more than one complimentary vacation incentive?
Your Purpose Travels follows the vacation-incentive eligibility rules provided by our fulfillment partner. Complimentary hotel-stay incentives are limited to one per household within a 12-month period. Additional destination, travel-date, activation, and eligibility restrictions may apply to the specific incentive issued.
Are my preferred dates or hotel guaranteed?
No. Participating properties and travel dates are subject to availability, and some holidays or special-event periods may have restrictions.
Is a timeshare presentation required?
No timeshare presentation is required for this vacation incentive.
Can I use this for a group trip?
No. These vacation incentives are intended for individual or couple travel rather than coordinated group travel.
Who can travel on the vacation incentive?
These vacation incentives are generally designed for up to two adults, with at least one traveler age 21 or older. Property-specific eligibility rules may also apply.
Can I change my reservation after I confirm it?
Confirmed reservations may have strict change, cancellation, or no-show rules. Review the terms presented during activation and booking before confirming your dates.
